While we have a heavy emphasis on investing in real estate, one of the biggest concerns for an investor in uncertain times is “liquidity”- the ability to access cash quickly. What if there is a news event you believe will hurt your investments and you want to withdraw to safety? What if a deal of a lifetime comes across the table?… after all, when are the best deals typically found?…in a recession or bad economy right!
We learned from some of the best investors we know (people who have managed BILLIONS of dollars) that if we commit 100% of the capital to long-term projects only- for example, an apartment complex investment typically is a 5-year commitment- then we can’t be as liquid to buy deals in a bad economy or cash out investors who want to be able to move that money to a better investment due to market conditions. Since the next 1-3 years are the most uncertain economic times…now is the time to ensure we have the flexibility and can protect our investments.
Because of this, we want to take a small portion of the capital and make sure it’s in a more liquid market. We do this by putting capital into the private equity, securities, commodities, and cryptocurrency sectors to gain exposure to seasoned high-performing opportunities that traditionally require much larger capital entry points, allowing our clients’ money to be blended and hedged by professional investors, seasoned track records, and automated trading technologies they may not have access to individually.
This liquidity gives the investor freedom to access their capital quicker in the event they want to withdraw and creates a higher return on that small amount of capital which in turn can reduce risk and act as a hedge against any downside from the real estate side as well.

Tiffany Alexander embarked on her real estate investing journey in 2006 and has since employed a wide range of strategies, including short sales, tax liens, and flipping multi-family properties. However, over the past 7 years, her focus has shifted primarily to promissory note investing. Tiffany specializes in buying notes as investments and employing specialized investment strategies to maximize gains for herself and her clients. She has assisted over a thousand people in the real estate field to identify and achieve their investment objectives through real estate and note investing.
Tiffany is a devoted wife and mother who never stops working. She has been married to John since 2013 and is blessed with two lively daughters who keep the household buzzing. Tiffany and John aspire to raise their daughters to be impactful adults who contribute positively to society.
Brian Lauchner
Fund Manager
In 2008, Brian Lauchner took a leap of faith and bought his first real estate property, transitioning from the financial software industry to becoming a full-time real estate investor. Starting as a wholesaler and house flipper, Brian has since diversified his portfolio, venturing into land trades, private lending, rentals, owner finance acquisitions, creating notes, and buying/selling performing and non-performing mortgages. Since 2017, Brian has been a nationally recognized speaker and consultant, partnering with clients to enhance their processes, provide education, and ultimately maximize returns on their investments.
Outside of real estate, Brian has devoted time to a small consulting group in the cryptocurrency and trading space since 2018. He has helped investors mitigate risks in the volatile cryptocurrency market and created a crypto algorithmic trading service to aid in building wealth through the accumulation of Bitcoin.
Despite his busy professional life, Brian prioritizes his family above all else. He is married to his high school sweetheart, Chelsea, and is a proud father of two amazing kids. His family inspires him to make a positive impact on the world and be a change agent for the better.
